Six year driving ban for Portadown man with ‘appalling’ record

Craigavon Magistrates' Court was told that for previous offences he had been banned from driving until 2029

A motorist with an "appalling" record of 91 previous convictions has now been caught driving whilst disqualified without insurance and making off without paying for fuel on three occasions....
