A woman remains in hospital five days after a serious assault in a Portadown.
Detectives are investigating the report of a serious assault on the evening of Saturday, September 7 at Churchill Park in the town.
It was reported to police that a male struck a woman with a large stick sometime around 8:30pm.
The woman remains in hospital at this time receiving treatment for injuries she sustained as a result of the incident.
