POLICE are advising that a number of roads have been closed tonight (Monday) in Portadown after what a PSNI spokesman described as a “build-up” of crowds.
Motorists are being advised to avoid the Corcrain area of the town.
Park Road is closed from its junction with Garvaghy Road.
Corcrain Road is closed from its junction at Ballyoran Hill to its junction with the Northway.
Charles Street is closed from its junction at Loughgall Road to its junction with Corcrain Road.
The situation comes after another night of rioting in Belfast, where four blasts bombs have to date been thrown at police.
