Businesses and residential properties in Armagh city centre can now apply for a second round of grants to improve the appearance of their properties.
Grants of up to £750 can be accessed as the second phase of the Spruce-Up Grant Scheme opens.
Scores of businesses previously applied for money to improve the physical appearance of their businesses and make them more attractive to shoppers and visitors.
And now applications are being invited again. This will apply for business owners and tenants, but it must be noted that only those who have not previously been successful in accessing financial aid are eligible.
The grants are designed to enhance business frontages within the city centre.
For application forms, contact Ian Donnelly Associates, Chartered Quantity Surveyors, 16 Edward Street, Armagh, BT61 7QU. Email ibdqs@aol.com
The strict closing date for applications is midday on Friday, October 17th.
