Nestled amidst the stunning Ring of Gullion's magical woodlands, and rugged hills, where the legendary Cú Chulainn and Na Fianna roamed, the majestic Killeavy Castle Estate stands tall.
While some may have thought its owners Mick and Robin Boyle were building castles in the air when they bought the crumbling ruin in 2013, nothing could be further from the truth.
Six years later, Killeavy Castle was restored to its former glory by the Australian couple and on July 4, 2019 Mick's parents cut the ribbon for the official opening of the award-winning four star hotel.
