A man is in a critical condition in hospital following a serious crash in south Armagh this morning (Tuesday).
The collision happened on the Drumalt Road near Silverbridge at around 4.30am.
Emergency services rushed to the scene of the one-vehicle crash and closed the road.
It currently closed between Bonds Road and Silverbridge Road and diversions are in place.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area.
A PSNI spokesperson said: “The Drumalt Road, South Armagh, is currently closed between Bonds Road and Silverbridge Road due to a serious one vehicle collision.
“A man is in a critical condition in hospital following the collision which was reported to police at around 4.30am on Tuesday morning. Diversions are in place.”
