Police are appealing for information following a report of burglary at a filling station in Forkhill.
It’s believed the break-in of the business on the Carrickasticken Road occurred in the early hours of Friday morning, 12th January, between 1.45am and 3.30am.
A kiosk in the forecourt was broken into and a significant amount of cash, contained within a safe, stolen.
Three men, wearing face masks and hoods, are believed to have used a grinder to access the safe’s contents.
Sergeant Scott McBride said: “Our investigation is underway and we are appealing to anyone with any information, mobile phone, CCTV or dash-cam footage that can help with our enquiries to call us on 101 and quoting reference 240 12/01/24.”
