Portadown Neighbourhood Policing Team, along with their colleagues in CID, have seized a quantity of suspected Class B controlled drugs following a number of searches on Friday, 4 July.
Searches were conducted at houses in the Portadown West area and a small amount of suspected cannabis and other drugs related items were seized.
Constable Kelly Gibson, Portadown NPT, said: “Drugs are a priority under our local policing plan and we want the local community to know that we are working hard to increase seizures and arrests. Support and information from the community is vital and local residents should rest assured that when we receive information we act on it.
“I would encourage anyone with information about the supply or use of illegal drugs to contact us in Portadown on the 101 non-emergency number.”
