Police in Tandragee have arrested five men following a burglary in Portadown yesterday (Wednesday), May 18.
Details of a black Saab car were circulated to officers in South Area after it made off from police on Belfast Road, Newry around 9.35am this morning (Thursday), May 29.
Officers on patrol in Tandragee stopped the car on Ballymore Road at around 10.15am today.
Three teenagers – two 18 and one 19 – were arrested alongside two other men, aged 30 and 33.
All were arrested on suspicion of burglary in relation to a burglary in the Kernan Avenue area of Portadown on Wednesday.
All five are currently assisting police with their enquiries.
