A Gilford man who stole items from multiple cars must wait until next months to learn his fate.
The 45-year-old is said to have stolen items including over £230 in cash, bank cards, purses, a Bluetooth sat nav, gym gloves, cigarettes, a Nintendo Switch case, vehicle registration documents and a torch.
Liam Martin Nolan, of Hillside, pleaded guilty to six counts of theft from vehicle at Armagh Magistrates’ Court, sitting at Newry, on Tuesday via videolink from his solicitor’s office.
None of the facts in the case were opened but the particulars outline that all of the offences occurred in Old Mill Manor and Laurelvale Heights in Laurelvale between January 8 and 9, 2019.
The items stolen from the vehicle include over £230 in cash, bank cards, purses, a Bluetooth sat nav, gym gloves, cigarettes, a Nintendo Switch case, vehicle registration documents and a torch.
Upon the plea being entered, Deputy District Judge Philip Mateer commented that this appeared a case which would require a presentence report with defence solicitor Conor Downey agreeing.
The case was then adjourned until April 20 for sentencing.
