A TEENAGER is fighting for his life in hospital after being found badly injured on a road.
The 18-year-old man was discovered lying on the Killylea Road in Armagh at 10.15pm on Saturday with serious injuries to his head, back and foot.
He was taken to Craigavon Area Hospital and then later transferred to the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast, where he remains in a critical condition.
Police have appealed for anyone who may have information about the incident to contact them.
A PSNI spokesman said: “Inquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances surrounding this incident.
“Police would ask anyone who may have travelled along the Killylea Road in the time leading up to the discovery of the injured man and noticed anything that may be of assistance to the investigation to contact police in Armagh on 0845 600 8000.”
