POLICE in Armagh have thanked the community in Loughgall after the arrest of three men on Sunday, March 24.
At around 3.50pm, police received a report of three men damaging cars and stealing a handbag from a car park on Eagralougher Road.
Officers attended immediately and, with support from the local community, were able to apprehend a 25-year-old man and 26-year-old man. Both were arrested.
A 21-year-old male was also arrested later on the same date.
All three males have since been released on bail pending further enquiries.
Inspector Nigel Graham, of Armagh Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: “We would like to thank the community for their support, patience and assistance. Through information from the community, we were able to locate and arrest three males. This demonstrates how successful we are in tackling crime when we work together.”
