A 43-year-old woman had to be cut free from a vehicle after two cars crashed on the Armagh Road, near Bessbrook, last night.
Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service had attended the scene and used hydraulic cutting equipment to free the woman.
Two other people in the other car were also taken to hospital.
It is not believed any injuries were life-threatening.
The accident happened shortly before 6pm and the road remained closed with diversions in place.
Police later said the road had been reopened at around 11pm.
