Police in Armagh are appealing for information following the theft of cattle.
Constable Jill Bruce explained: “Sometime between 11am on Wednesday, 31 December and 8pm on Thursday, 1 January, 28 Charolais Bullocks were taken from a cattle stall on Tievnamara Road, Keady. It is believed a vehicle would have been needed to transport these cattle.
This is not the first such incident in the area with an estimated £22,000 worth of cattle stolen in the Keady area back in August and again two bulls stolen from a field in September.
“We would like to hear from anyone who has information in relation to the theft or whereabouts of the cattle. We can be contacted in Armagh on 101, quoting ref: 1335010115.”
If you prefer to provide information without giving your details you can contact the independent Crimestoppers charity anonymously on 0800 555 111.
