Two men are to appear in court this morning following an RTC in Lurgan, county Armagh yesterday afternoon.
The PSNI’s helicopter was used to track a suspected stolen vehicle to Lurgan where it crashed into another two cars on Silverwood Road.
The incident began in Belfast where two police officers were injured when the vehicle crashed into their patrol car.
A 29-year-old man has been charged with two counts of aggravated vehicle taking, three counts of dangerous driving, driving whilst disqualified, two counts of failing to remain where accident occurred causing damage, two counts of failing to report where accident occurred causing damage, two counts of failing to stop where accident occurred causing damage, and using a motor vehicle without insurance.
A 26-year-old man has been charged with allowing self to be carried and failing to wear a seatbelt.
A 15-year-old male has been released pending a report to the Public Prosecution Service.
They are both expected to appear before Craigavon Magistrates Court later this morning, Friday 28 August.
As is normal procedure all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
