A 17-year-old boy was savaged attacked and beaten while on the ground in an attack in Lurgan.
Police Lurgan are appealing for information following the assault.
Constable Joe Shortt said: ”Sometime between 8.30pm and 9pm on Thursday, January 29, a 17-year-old male was assaulted by two males in Shankill Street, close to the junction of Silverwood Drive. The teenager was knocked to the ground and struck around the head. He sustained facial injuries which required medical attention.
“One of the males had stubble and was wearing a leather jacket and the other was wearing a dark blue Adidas hooded top.
“ We would like to hear from anyone who witnessed this assault or has information in relation to this incident. We can be contacted in Lurgan on 101, quoting ref: 1253290115.”
