Witness appeal over Boxing Day bust-up in phone shop

Police are investigating reports of a Boxing Day bust-up in a mobile phone store in a local shopping centre.

The incident happened at Rushmere in Craigavon at around 4pm on Friday, December 26.

Constable Jamie Donaghy said: “An altercation took place inside a phone shop in the shopping centre and moved outside.

“The incident involved a number of people with a report of assault and verbal abuse.

“The shopping centre would have busy on Boxing Day and we would like to hear from anyone who witnessed this incident or has information in relation to it. We can be contacted in Portadown on 101, quoting ref: 675261214.”
