We the family of the late Freddie Richardson, 40 Drumard Avenue, Portadown wish to express our most sincere thanks and heartfelt appreciation to family members, friends and neighbours who sympathised with us; with cards, phone calls, and heartfelt messages during our recent bereavement.
Special thanks to Pastor Ken Davidson of Christ Encounters Tabernacle for his prayers, words of comfort and for conducting the service and committal. The Pastor and Elders of Bethesda Fellowship for allowing the use of their building for the funeral service. Stephen Donaldson for allowing Dad’s wishes at the graveside become a reality.
Thanks also to the Day Clinical Centre at Daisy Hill Hospital and the Community Nursing team based at Portadown Health Centre for their exceptional care and attention given to Dad during his illness.
Thanks also to Alan and his staff at Alan Wray Funeral Directors, for the dignified and professional way in which the arrangements were carried out.
Unfortunately, due to restrictions, not everyone who would have like to attend the funeral were able to do so, but as a family we were overwhelmed and comforted by those who paid their respects while socially distancing at the family home, church and graveyard at this difficult time. Also, thank you to everyone who made donations in Lieu of Flowers to Cancer Research UK and Operation Smile.
As we are unable to thank everyone in person, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
