Grace Freya Mae, precious baby daughter of John and Alison, sister of Naomi and the late baby Faith, granddaughter of John and Anne Harrison and Basil and Freda Irwin, niece of Nicola, Nicola and Douglas, David and Becky and cousin of Eliana, Jacob and Joshua.
Everyone welcome to the Funeral Service in Holy Trinity Parish Church Waringstown on Saturday at 1.30pm, followed by committal in the adjoining Churchyard.
House private, however all family welcome at the family home daily from 2.00pm-5.00pm.
