Allen, 11th January 2021, (peacefully) in Craigavon Area Hospital, late of Millington Park, Portadown. Cecil devoted husband of the late Anne, cherished father of Judith and Rodney, father in law of Paul and Judith, also a much loved granda of Sam and Jessica.
House and funeral strictly private due to the current circumstances.
Family and friends are welcome to pay their respects as the cortege leaves St Columba’s Parish Church at 12.30pm on Friday.
