Phelan, May 20, 2023, (peacefully) at home, late of 38 Laurel Grove, Newry and formerly of Dean Cavanagh, Kilkenny, County Kilkenny. Elaine – R.I.P, beloved mother of Cormac, daughter of Pauline and the late James (Jim) Phelan.
Elaine’s remains are reposing at her home in Newry.

Removal on Monday to her home in Kilkenny.
Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday morning at 11.00am in St. Mary’s Cathedral, James’ Street, Kilkenny. Burial afterwards in Foulkstown cemetery.
