Hazel Winifred, (née Faulkner), beloved wife of the late Robert John (Jack), much loved mother of Nigel and Alastair, mother-in-law of Janet, granny of Aaron and Jenna, and sister of Dorothy, Valerie, Heather and the late Maureen, Evelyn and Bertie.
Funeral leaving her late residence on Saturday February 19, at 11.30am, for service in Molesworth Presbyterian Church at 12.00 noon (the service will be live streamed via Molesworth Presbyterian Church YouTube channel), followed by interment in Cookstown Cemetery.

Will be very sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all her family and friends.
