Jack Robert, entered his eternal rest in the loving care of his Daddy and Mummy, Jack, precious Son of Norman and Diane, much loved Grandson of Florence and the late Alfred, Sam and Olive, also a dear Great- Grandson, Nephew and Cousin.
House strictly private. Service of Thanksgiving in Dungannon Baptist Church on Saturday November 23, at 1pm, followed by a private interment.
