Steenkamp, (Meigh) February 1, 2024, peacefully at Daisy Hill Hospital, surrounded by family, late of 32 Chapel Road, Meigh. Jan – R.I.P., beloved husband of Patsy and loving father of Liona, Chris, Jannie and the late Ian.
Jan’s remains will repose in McGennity’s Funeral Home on Saturday February 3, from 2pm until 4pm and from 6pm until 9pm; also on Sunday February 4, from 1pm until removal at 2.30pm, arriving for Requiem Mass at 3.00pm in St. Joseph’s church, Meigh. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Very deeply regretted by his loving wife, sons, daughter, grandchildren Brolin, Alex, Stephanie, Nicholas, Ethan and Mason, daughters-in-law Fiona and Michelle, son-in-law Mervin, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family circle and friends.
