Joe passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his devoted family, on 12th January 2026. May he rest in peace.
Beloved husband of the late Mary and much-loved father of Cormac, Dara, Deirdre and Cathal. Dear father-in-law of Orla, Steve, Malachy and Sinead and cherished grandfather of Robbie, Jay, Caolan, Conor, Roisin, Daithi, Niamh, Mia, Malachy, Molly and Kyna. Loving brother of Hugh Murphy and the late Ann McNulty RIP.
Joe will be reposing at his home, 26 Mountain Road, Lislea, from 12 to 8 pm on Tuesday, 13th January 2026, and 12 to 8 pm on Wednesday, 14th January 2026.
Funeral leaving the house on Thursday, 15th January 2026, at 10.15 am for 11 am Requiem Mass in the Sacred Heart Church, Lislea. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Joe will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all his family and friends.
