Jahina (née Morgan) May 29, 2022, formerly of Pomeroy Co. Tyrone, (peacefully), passing aged 85 years, following a brief battle with pancreatic cancer. She was surrounded by her loved ones at the time she passed. Mary, beloved wife to Ronnie, Mother to Adrian, Nigel and Dina and grandmother to six grandchildren.
I hope many will remember Mary (mum) with fondness, daughter of Chrissy Morgan who grew upon on the streets of Pomeroy with her late sister Carmel.
Mum dedicated her life to her family and though she lived and worked in England for most of her years she always spoke with great love and affection of her home in Pomeroy and the surrounding area.
It is with great sadness that her illness, that came on very suddenly took her so quickly, prevented her fulfilling a planned visit back to Pomeroy this June.
Her Funeral Mass will be held at the Catholic Church of the Holy Spirit, West Bridgford on Thursday June 30, at 11.00am
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations in aid of Cancer Research UK and British Heart Foundation can be given in Mary’s memory or be sent care of A.W. Lymn. West Bridgford.
