McGuigan, (Cookstown) December 2, 2023, (suddenly) in Australia. Matthew (Matty), much loved son of Mel and Grainne (nee Tracey), precious brother of Darragh, Liam and Karol, cherished grandson of Matt and Colette (Tracey) and the late Tommy and Annie (McGuigan) (R.I.P), loving partner of Clodagh (Corr).
Matthew’s remains will leave Niall A. Loughran’s Funeral home on Thursday December 14, at 2:30pm going to his grandparents residence 30 Killucan Road, Cookstown BT80 9JW to repose (travelling via 61 Castle Court, Cookstown BT80 8QJ, Cookstown and Kildress Wolfe Tones GAA Ground’s). Funeral from there on Sunday December 17, at 1:00pm going to St. Mary’s Church Dunamore for 2:00pm requiem Mass with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Matthew’s wake will commence to the public on Friday December 15, at 10:00am. Please note: Matthew’s wake is private to family only on Thursday.
Matthew will be deeply regretted and sadly missed by his sorrowing mother, father, brothers, grandparents, partner, aunts, uncles, cousins, neighbours, friends and his wider family circle.
