McGovern, (Bessbrook) November 14, 2023, (peacefully) at Avila Nursing Home, surrounded by her devoted family, formerly of Green Road, Bessbrook. Annie Margaret (Nan), May she rest in peace, beloved daughter of the late Thomas and Annie McGovern and predeceased by all her siblings, Doreen (Mallon), Masie (Hughes), Rosemarie, Angela (McAleenan), Phil, Tom, Francie, Sidney, PJ, Ignatius and Maxie RIP.
Nan’s remains are reposing at her niece Paula’s home 74 Green Road, from 12 noon until 10 pm on Wednesday November 15, 2023. Funeral leaving Paula’s home on Thursday November 16, 2023, at 12 noon for 1 pm Requiem Mass in the Church of St. Malachy, Carrickcruppen. Interment immediately afterward in the adjoining cemetery.
Nan will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her many nephews, nieces, grand-nephews, grand-nieces and, Catherine, Therese, Monica, and Michael Mallon.
