Oliver, beloved husband of Helena, devoted father of Sinéad, Caoimhe, Diarmaid and Orla, very much loved grandad of Fergus, Margot, Mealla, Ùisdean and Lyra, father-in-law of Jon, Hannah and Dan and dear brother of Mary, Kathleen and the late Peter.
Oliver’s remains will repose in McGennity’s Funeral Home, 18 Forkhill Road, Cloughoge, Newry BT35 8LZ this evening (Wednesday 26th August) from 7.30pm until 9pm and tomorrow (Thursday 27th August) from 2-4pm and from 6-9pm.
The funeral home is private on Friday morning to family only please. Oliver’s remains will leave the funeral home on Friday (August 28) at 1.15pm, travelling via St. Moninna Killeavy GAC for one last call at approximately 1.30pm and on to St. Joseph’s church Meigh, arriving for Requiem Mass at 2pm. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Oliver will be very sadly missed by his family, friends and the community he loved so much.
