Forbes, (Portadown) January 13, 2024 (peacefully) at Lurgan Hospital in the presence of his loving family after a lengthy journey with dementia, late of Derrycarne Road, Portadown. Samuel John (Sammy), devoted husband of Pearl, cherished dad of Nevin, beloved father-in-law of Pamela and loving granda of Rebekah and John, also lovingly remembered by his mother-in-law Margaret Carrick and cousin Lila Simmons.
A service of thanksgiving will be held in Bethany Free Presbyterian Church on Tuesday 16, at 1.30pm followed by a private committal in Seagoe Parish Churchyard. House private, however friends and family welcome at his son Nevin and daughter-in-law Pamela’s home, 37 Lisnisky Lodge, Portadown, BT63 5GT on Monday from 3.00pm – 8.00pm.

Will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by the entire family circle in Portadown and Armagh.
