Samuel John (Jack), dearly loved husband of Rhona late of Main Street, Waringstown, beloved father of Claire and Rachel, loving father-in-law of Keith and Finlay, precious grandfather of Alex, James, Josephine and Erin and a dear brother of Jean, Billy and Eleanor.
Funeral Service in Holy Trinity Parish Church, Waringstown on Friday April 14, at 11am followed by interment in the adjoining Churchyard.
