McKavanagh, (nee Tallon)(Lurgan) December 17, 2024, (peacefully) at home surrounded by her loving family, Castor Bay Road, formerly of Derrymore, Gawleys Gate. Vera, beloved wife of the late Sean and a cherished mother of Kevin, Eilish, Ita and John, loving nanny of Ciarán, Orla, Aisling, Eimear, Maeve, Conor and Sarah, a dear mother in law to Bronagh, Paul and Kenny, daughter of the late Jack and May Tallon and a dear sister of Ethna, Mary and the late Kathleen, Seamus, Anne and John.
Vera will repose at the family home, 82 Castor Bay Road, which will be strictly private. Family members and close friends are welcome to call and pay their respects from Wednesday after 1:00pm. Funeral on Friday at 12:45pm to St. Peter’s Church, Lurgan where Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 1.30pm. Burial afterwards in the St. Colman’s Cemetery.
Always loved and remembered by her sorrowing family and the entire family circle.
