Lord Mayor of Armagh City and District Council, Cllr Cathy Rafferty, has praised the accomplishments of the Cuchulainns Hurling Club.
The club captured the Armagh Championship titles at Under 14, Under 16 and Minor level.
“This is a fantastic achievement by Cuchulainns and I congratulate all involved,” said Lord Mayor Rafferty.
“The winning of the Armagh Under 14, 16 and Minor County titles is a result of the continuing commitment within the club to the promotion and development of this unique Gaelic sport.”
She also congratulated the Camogie Association on the celebration of their 110th year, and said she hoped to host an event “recognising this landmark”.
