A man who denies assaulting a man and woman and causing damage to a Cookstown bar door has been released on bail.
Corey Devlin – with an address in Rockview Park, Moneymore – appeared before Dungannon Magistrates’ Court to have the charges put to him.
The 21-year-old is facing a count of causing actual bodily harm to a male complainant, assaulting a woman and damaging a door belonging to Ma Quinns bar on June 28, 2026.
Devlin appeared in the dock to confirm his name, date of birth and confirmed he understood the charges against him.
Constable Sloan for the PSNI said he believed he could connect Devlin to the charges.
Defence counsel entered no questions but indicated that Devlin could be put on his plea.
The charges were again put to Devlin and he was asked for his attitude, to which he replied, “not guilty”.
District Judge Rafferty returned the case for September 4 to fix a date for contest.
Devlin was released on court bail of £250 and advised he was not to be intoxicated and is to submit to preliminary breath test if requested to by police. He is to have no contact with either injured party directly or indirectly and is not to be within 100 yards of Ma Quinns.
