This is the scene outside the hostel at Linenhall Street in Armagh – strewn with litter, food scraps and bottles.
And users of the Dobbin Street Community Centre – which can be accessed through Linenhall Street – say they are fed up with the mess.
Among the groups which avail of the Dobbin Community Centre is the Triple A autism support group.
One of those involved said general rubbish was being dumped here on a regular basis.
And there were calls for those responsible for the mess to clean it up and keep it clean in future.
“Our group are based in the community centre three days a week and we pass this every time we go out,” they said.
“This is a disgraceful look for this area.
“This is not an unusual sight,” they add. “There’s constantly rubbish lying all over the place.”
“It looks to be food scraps and just general litter. It’s really not a good look for the area. Something needs to be done.”
