An Armagh farmer accused of sexually assaulting two males on the same day is to contest the allegations in the New Year.
The 72-year-old was excused by the judge for a review into the case due to his work commitments.
He faces two counts of sexual assault but did not appear at Armagh Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.
The offences relate to two males and both are alleged to have occurred on June 8.
At a previous hearing, the farmer had entered a plea of not guilty, and today a contest date of January 21, 2020, was set.
District Judge Paul Copeland instructed that this would be reviewed in December.
Defence barrister Michael Tierney asked that his client was excused on that occasion as he is a farmer and works early hours.
Judge Copeland accepted this and the case was adjourned until December 17.
