A Hamiltonsbawn woman accused of cultivating cannabis with a view to selling the substance will face the Crown Court next month.
The 46-year-old is also alleged to have obstructed police by providing them with a false name.
Kim Le Thuan, of Main Street, appeared charged with cultivating cannabis, possession of Class B, being concerned in the supply of Class B, possession of Class B with intent to supply, criminal damage, dishonestly using electricity, possession of criminal property and obstructing police at Armagh Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.
As the charges were read, it was heard that the alleged offences all dated back to April 25 of last year.
The defendant is accused of cultivating cannabis in her home in Hamiltonsbawn.
Thuan is also alleged to have damaged NIE property, dishonestly used electricity and to have given a false name to a constable.
The criminal property which she is accused to have had in her possession was referred to as £300 in cash.
Standing in the dock, the defendant confirmed she knew the charges and made no objection to the holding of a preliminary enquiry.
Prosecution submitted that based on the papers before the court there was a prima facie case to answer.
Defence barrister Conor Coulter made no contrary submissions.
Thuan was remanded in custody to appear at Newry Crown Court on February 25 for arraignment.
