A man is to appear in court next month charged with a litany of offences following a collision outside Armagh over the weekend.
Police investigating a report of a silver Volkswagen Golf being driven erratically in the Moy Road area of Armagh on Saturday evening, November 18, confirmed the charges this morning (Monday).
The 23-year-old has been charged with criminal damage, dangerous driving, disorderly behaviour, and driving when unfit through drink or drugs.
He has also been charged with failing to provide a specimen when driving unfit and failing to provide specimen of breath for preliminary test.
He is due to appear before Armagh Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, December 12.
As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
