
The Monaghan Road, Armagh will be closed for a number of hours on Wednesday 27th August.
Officers from the Police Service of Northern Ireland’s Collision Investigation Unit are due to carry out scene testing following a fatal collision in the area on Friday 16th May.
The collision claimed the life of 62-year-old cyclist Paddy McDonald from the Castleblayney area.

The closures will be in place between approximately 10am and 2pm at the “Brootally Crossroads” which are at the junction of Brootally Road and Kilcreevy Road, and also at the Monaghan Road and Farnaloy Road junction.
Diversions will be in place but motorists are asked to avoid this area and take alternative routes.
Emergency vehicles and local residents will be accommodated.
