Opportunistic thieves used a half hour window to steal from a number of cars outside a Co Armagh church on Thursday.
Police are investigating the thefts from vehicles which were parked at St John’s Church on the Monaghan Road, Middletown.
The thefts took place between 7.30pm and 8pm.
A PSNI spokesperson said: “If anyone has any information which may assist Police with their enquiries please contact Police on 101 quoting 1792 of 17/10/19.”
Sinn Fein councillor Darren McNally branded the thefts “disgusting” and urged parishioners and residents alike to “remain vigilant” amid a series of crime in the area over the last number of days.
