This was the scene on the main Portadown Road out of Armagh on Friday morning as flood water from adjacent fields spilled out onto the carriageway.
There have been multiple reports of flooding impacting roads right across Co Armagh and beyond following the heavy rain overnight and into the morning.
The PSNI has urged motorists to be careful on the roads this morning.
“Motorists are advised to reduce speed and drive with extra caution given this morning’s wet road conditions,” a spokesperson said.
“Heavy overnight rain has resulted in surface water and flooding of roads in many areas.”
