Armagh GAA star Aidan Forker was left lost for words after scooping a whooping £30,000 on Cool FM’s Cash Call giveaway earlier today (Thursday).
And it was no April Fools either as the talented Maghery player (main image) – and former Orchard captain – took the call with an equally stunned wife beside him.
Primary school teacher Aidan, and partner Eimear, are hoping to build a home together, having tied the knot in 2019.
Taking the call, a shocked Aidan said: “That’s unbelievable. I can’t believe that. Eimear can’t talk.”
Explaining how the pair were hopefully building a house soon and that the unexpected windfall “will go a long way to helping with that”.
