A man from the Dungannon area is accused of driving dangerously at Carrickblacker Avenue in Portadown.
Liam Murray (38), of Drumkee Villas, is charged in relation to October 4 this year.
He also allegedly failed to stop for police; failed to provide breath samples; allegedly had no insurance and driving licence; and is accused of possessing cocaine.
The defendant was not in the courtroom at Craigavon Magistrates’ Court on Friday morning and an arrest warrant was issued.
