A man is accused of making off without paying ‘£460′ for accommodation at Kilfeaghan Road at Killowen near Rostrevor.
Kieran Gordon, of Loughinisland Road, Loughinisland, is charged in relation to April 9, 2023.
The 35-year-old also faces four charges of fraud by false representation. One was that he would transfer money in relation to the accommodation.
The other fraud by false representation charges are that he claimed he had made bank transfers in November 2023 for a laptop and watch.
At Craigavon Magistrates’ Court the defendant was given continuing bail and the case was sent to Craigavon Crown Court for arraignment on June 10.
