Four weeks of strike action by three Trade Unions; NIPSA, GMB, and Unite the Union have impacted severely in the delivery of services across the borough.
Today (Saturday) there are a number of leisure facilities closed to the public as a result.
Orchard Leisure Centre in Armagh will be closed in its entirety today as will the Watersports Centre in Craigavon.
The South lake Leisure Centre in Craigavon will only be open between the hours of 6am and midday, while Banbridge Leisure centre will close at 3.45pm.
The Golf and Ski Centre in Craigavon is also closed for the day. Oxford Island, Lough Neagh Discovery Centre and the cafe at Kinnego Marina are all closed.
There is a reduced level of service on the camping and caravan site at Gosford Forest Park while the recreation centres at Armagh and Cathedral Road in Armagh are both closed. This will affect the use of pitches for many local teams today, however, Council will contact those affected.
Where centres are open there could be disruption to services. Customers are advised to check with their local centre in advance of arrival.
Council have apologised for the inconvenience caused and thank residents and customers for their patience at this time.
