A Lurgan man who tried to run off from police has pleaded guilty to a charge of resisting a PSNI officer in the execution of her duty.
Stephen Robert Rodgers (44), of Church Walk, “further resisted” when attempts were being made to move him from a police car to a cell van.
He committed the offence on August 1, 2024.
At Craigavon Magistrates’ Court on Friday he was fined £200.
