A Magheralin man accused of attempting to murder a woman has had his case adjourned to June 20.
Matthew Carson (29), of Broomhill, is charged in relation to March 14 this year. He is also charged with non-fatal strangulation of the woman.
He is further accused of domestic abuse between November 2024 and March this year.
The case was mentioned at Craigavon Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
The defendant is on remand in custody.
A prosecutor said the case file has now been received at her department from police.
