A man has been accused of stealing ‘hospital linen and equipment’ belonging to the Southern Health Trust.
Jerson Victoriano (40), with an address listed as Oaks Road, Dungannon, is also charged with handling ‘stolen’ goods – hospital linen.
The charges relate to April 6 this year.
The defendant was not present when the case was mentioned at Craigavon Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
Full details regarding the background to the charges were not outlined but a defence lawyer said he wanted to make representations to prosecutors about the case which has now been adjourned to August 19.
