A Man is charged with stealing £306 worth of alcohol from Tesco Extra in Craigavon.
Aidan McGurgan (52), with an address listed as Maghaberry Prison, allegedly took the items on December 7 last year.
A defence lawyer said the defendant has “long-standing addiction issues”.
The case at Craigavon Magistrates’ Court, was adjourned to September 19.
