A Craigavon man accused of attempting to have a ‘sexual communication’ with a child has had his case adjourned.
James Lyons (40), of Moyraverty Gardens, is charged in relation to June 3 – June 5 this year.
He is also charged with possessing cocaine on August 28 this year.
An earlier court was told the defendant was allegedly in touch with an “undercover” police officer.
At Craigavon Magistrates’ Court on Friday a prosecutor said the full case file has been received at her department from police.
The defendant was further remanded in custody and the case was adjourned to October 24.
